What do you like most?
The platform allows you to build beautiful emails easily and track performance of campaigns. I love that I can build templates at the company level to share across our properties. Then I can look at feedback to see how we are resonating with guests and address any issues with efficiency using the response tools. Upselling is easy and can be adapted based on our capacity and staffing levels.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
With our hotels that have a variety of packages it can be hard to find the right settings to ensure the right people get the right information as we increase our personalization. There is also no connection to allow deposits to be shown in confirmation emails. Knowing that Revinate is constantly improving we are hopeful that some of these items will be addressed in the near future. It is a welcome change to work with a company that is responsive, adaptive, and always improving.
