What do you like most?
What I like most about Triptease is that it combines guest-facing conversion tools with meaningful performance insights, helping hotels increase direct bookings and maximize revenue from their own channels.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like to see continued enhancements to reporting, attribution, and dashboard customization, providing hotels with greater visibility into booking performance and the impact of direct booking initiatives. The different types of reports can lead to confusion in some cases; the platform would benefit from a more centralized reporting structure. User management could be improved by allowing corporate users to create custom roles for their users and offering more visibility into how user permissions are configured. More options for scheduled reports would also be beneficial.
