What do you like most?
The Guestbook drives direct bookings for us through our website. The loyalty program is beneficial for the bookers and the hotel benefits with paying a relatively small commision as against substantial commissions payable to the OTAs.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I don't think there is any room for improvement. Its a great product. The feature we rely on is the prompt added to the homepage of our website.
