What do you like most?
I was so happy to implement this software at multiple hotels however, this product has been my greatest failure. We had a great time on boarding but they had many many issues to work out as the system did not work with our PMS. The rate parity still doesn't work properly at our hotels I have been paying over $200 a month for a feature they have not turned on our dashboard and when ever I have asked 4 different people to “turn it on” they direct me to do it myself even after I have told them I do not know how. It was sunshine and rainbows to get us to sign up for the system and we have been ignored ever since our 3 month trial started. All we can do is wait until the contract expires and then reinvest the money on a better system.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Customer Service does not care to follow up after the trial period. They also over sold the systems ability to work with our PMS.
