What do you like most?
The ability to evolve and improve in the ever-changing world of hospitality technology, making hoteliers lives easier. The ability to track the guest journey thanks to a wealth of data, useful for both marketing and sales, fosters a greater number of direct bookings and therefore a very satisfactory conversion rate. Since the introduction of the chatbot, live chat has never been so seamless and efficient. Not to mention the customer service, always available and happy to assist with any need.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The ability to personalize newsletter segments more specifically. It can also be integrated into chats for Expedia bookings made through third-party channels.
