What do you like most?
Great support- very fast answers. I like the communication hub and the canned responses. Duve is great for easy pre-checkin and payment by customers.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It's a bit messy- hard to find stuff I'm not used to. Also there are multiple screens that look the same but are not and it's confusing.
