Easy data navigation and user-friendly interface. In-depth drilling down ability while staying in the same page. Quick customer service when a help ticket is loaded.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
STR and IDeaS integration would be helpful to automate the data visualisation in one system. If Rate shopping auto refreshing can be automated when the rate change happened in any of the comp-set property would be good as well.
