What do you like most?
Easy user interface for people who are not mathematically gifted or highly analytical. Able to see data so clearly and easy to download to Excel. WORTH the investment on all OTA applications.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would love to see post code data be extracted from the PMS and shown on the portal. Besides this I truly can't think of anything else to improve.
