What do you like most?
Integrating Meeting Package into different systems is inevitably complex because it involves connecting systems that were not built in the same way, but the team and the solution are proving to be open and are progressing positively towards the objectives. Ease of use and the benefits behind it: fast processing, multi-connectivity. Also, the product's ability to evolve quickly to adapt to market needs.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We are already working with them and our hotels to improve several technical aspects, connections and the tool itself, in order to make it even more effective.
