What do you like most?
Orient your entire staff around up-selling and cross-selling with OPERA’s integrated rate management tool. it makes our daily operations so easy.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I work at two hotels doing NA. One uses Visual Matrix. The other uses Opera. Visual Matrix, IMO, is much better than Opera. Opera is just a series of windows. While I have learned somethings to make the experience with it better, it still leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to my own experience. I often have issues with printing things or even loading previews with Opera.
