The scheduling and workforce management tools, including the innovative Smile iD® facial recognition time clock, have streamlined labor management, helping us stay compliant and reduce unnecessary labor costs.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There's room for improvement in integrating with certain third-party systems.Scheduling doesn't have a copy and paste. Duplicating the shifts takes longer.
