OTA Insight is easy to use system, always develops for the better, and also has good customer service. It's a must-have tool for Hotelier.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
OTA Insight needs to continue to accommodate ever-changing customer trends. As the cost remains a parameter to be managed by Hotel, always consider including the new features as inclusion and not as additional cost.
