What do you like most?
I like the seamlessness that The Guest Book provides. The way the website functions with the hotel listings makes it convenient to find a hotel that is within the program while still bringing people to book direct.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In my opinion, there isn't much to update or change about The Guest Book. I work with it mostly from a marketing stand point, and it functions cohesively with our integration, and I do love how willing the social media team is to comment and share our posts.
