What do you like most?
The guestbook is so easy to navigate, that it is the first loyalty program that I've worked with that guests do not as -any- questions about it after they are enrolled! It is simple and seems to offer perks that people find truly meaningful and impactful. Guest also have a really easy time signing up and continuing to use the same account moving forward. I've noticed at other hotels that guests regularly seem to forget or lose access to their accounts.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think adding in a system for guests to be able to gain free nights/additional perks would be good. The program is meaningful and easy to use, but it sounds like some folks find it to be lackluster. Really I don't think that there is anything significant about the program that could make a large impact. More hotels of course is always an appeal, or if you were to add businesses outside of the industry as partners. For example, if select restaurants were included in the program from major cities, that may also help motivate people to be more excited about the guestbook rather than just passive fans.
