What do you like most?
It is very intuitive and easy to learn for new staff. We use it for both the housekeeping department as well as for maintenance. I like the fact that it has options for the various categories such as: Delivery, Message, Work Order, etc.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Honestly, the system is easy to use and very intuitive. It is not easy to make the wrong choice when putting in a call for Housekeeping or Maintenance. At this point, I can't think of anything that would need to be improved upon.
