What do you like most?
This was very easy to set up and understand regardless of your tech level. The entire team at The Guest Book (from start to finish) were always available to answer any questions...a very easy and effective way to get up a loyalty program for your hotel to help drive direct bookings and to also minimal impact on the operations team. We started to receive bookings with in 24 hours of going live!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing that I can think of at this time. We are very happy with the The Guest Book and how easy it was to have set up.
