What do you like most?
Opera PMS Helps us in many ways such as centralized data, automated operations, and comprehensive reporting, making it a powerful tool for managing reservations also Opera front desk operations, housekeeping, and billing tools are very useful.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It goes slow down when we take back to back Check in check out. Less report more then Opera V5.

If you don't use it already, you could ask your property about the included Reporting & Analytics module, which can assist you with additional custom reporting, similar to OPERA 5 simple reports.
