What do you like most?
The calendar is easily to read. Capturing leads is nice.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Group bookings, resume and internal BEOs are a nightmare to put together. It’s ok for weddings but terrible for corporate settings. We hate that you can’t read the thread of emails without being into the program. Our customers often complain of that feature too. Reports are confusing to generate. Can’t assign multiple team leaders to “own” one event.
