What do you like most?
The best feature for us is the effortless integration during direct bookings. By simply entering the guest’s email, the system instantly connects their rewards account—no extra steps, no complications. It saves us time and gives guests a smoother experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The GuestBook would be even better with broader integration across more PMS systems. Having everything connected within one platform would streamline operations. Ideally, when a reservation is entered into our PMS, staff should immediately see that the guest is a rewards member through a pop-up or automatic flag.
