What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area for improvement would be stronger integration and reconciliation tools with SynXis to make it easier to track and validate bookings across platforms. Enhanced reporting alignment between Triptease and CRS data would help streamline analysis and provide greater confidence in attribution and production reporting.
