What do you like most?
The Tool is itself is the most sophisticated tool I have seen in the rate parity space, it allows my team to conduct in-depth investigation and pinpoint widespread issues that need to be addressed. The Fornova team are experts in their field and are receptive to feedback and changes. They truly act as business partners when facing complex problems.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Working with larger data sets and applying multiple filters seems to delay report generation slightly but the Fornova Team a re currently working on this and I expect they'll find a solution (like they do with everything raised to them)
