What do you like most?
I like the knowledge report very much. Together with last few months. Khun Gee visit us and walk us through the program. Great experience and he is so professional and great to have local as adviser then we can avoid the language barrier. Together with he has hotel's background then he understand the need of us together with provide me some tips information. We use the report to analyze business and using tools to seek the potential business from other hotels and get right information from it. I can use this report to review the performance of team together with the competitors. We also can see if our clients also support the competitors then we can ask sales to be more approachable.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
May be the price . If possible to maintain the price due to economy and less travelers in Thailand in year 2025. I discuss with Gee and wish the account that posted having the address of the booking as most of the address from US direct which is not the real booker. I would like to get information from hotel which do not in the report who a bit independent /local brand similar to us which are Grand Centre point Lumpini , Eastin Grand Phyathai.
