What do you like most?
All their products are very user friendly and easy to adapt. Specially for Housekeeping and Maintenance it gives speed and accuracy to the entire process. It is easy to implement, to give training to employees and it clearly improved the service we provide to our guests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
They could launch platforms and solutions for other departments such as sales & marketing, finance, purchase, HR, training, restaurant, etc.
