What do you like most?
Laasie has increased the overall direct bookings we receive by catering to our target guests and with having monthly check in meetings to go over our personalized metrics and ways we can improve. I have had the pleasure of working with two different representatives from the Laasie team and they have both been excellent both in our monthly meetings, and anytime we have questions they are quick with a response. They are constantly implementing new tools that help better serve our mutual guests and increase our loyalty memberships. We have had Laasie for about 2 years now and would highly recommend them for any hotel, especially independent hotels that would like to maximize their direct bookings and loyalty within their guests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At this moment, I don't have any improvements in mind, as they are always advancing their tools to improve usage.
