What do you like most?
We like the SiteMinder technology because it automates our processes, and Insight's affordable costs were also wonderful. The website design is great and easy. Furthermore, it is simple to use for our employees and increases efficiency, with a great support team available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Thank you.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The SiteMinder system works well for us - it is an excellent system, and we would like it if we could have a reduced pricing for our property SM subscription in the future. Thank you.
