What do you like most?
Various ways to compare your rate to compset and customizable metrics - for example color coding if 30% above comp set show red vs another hotel where 10% above comp set can show red. In addition to the calendar view, the line graph where you can see the highest, lowest, median and your own pricing for an entire month gives helpful insights for pricing further out and save time. Strategy tab where you can find reports on usual price position, geo and member discounts in compset, as well as lenght of stay promotions and breakfast pricing. It is helpful to have this data consilidated in one place.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
On the books data integration to be seen per area of the city would be great. In addition, rate shops are often enough for short term pricing usually, but could still be improved and it would be great if lenght of stay restrictions are beter registered and you are still positioned according to your price in the list and not always at the bottom because of the restriction (same for competitors with restrictions).
