What do you like most?
The software offers a comprehensive overview of all essential points that are important for e-commerce, revenue management and online reputation. The presentation is kept very clear and the dashboard can be set individually. All KPIs are easy to find, you can integrate the STR report. The Rateshoper is also equipped with many additional functions that make it very easy to monitor competitors. A comparison, taking into account many relevant factors (cancellation deadline / price / restrictions), is easy to set up and, thanks to the pleasant visual presentation, is easy and self-explanatory. Particularly noteworthy is the great support from all employees. You never have to wait long for feedback. The togetherness is always pleasant, it is fun to work with the software and the team.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In the last few months, new functions have been gradually added and / or existing functions have been optimized. The only additional helpful thing might be a function that shows the latest incidences of the location in the current situation in order to be able to estimate sales shortfalls in advance.
