What do you like most?
Regarding guest surveys and feedback, we have simplified the process of collecting online reviews from various sources, consolidating them into a unified dashboard that reflects our overall reputation. This dashboard enables our staff to easily identify guest-favored amenities and services, as well as areas for improvement. What's particularly beneficial is the ability to respond to reviews directly from the Revinate dashboard, saving us valuable time. This not only demonstrates our responsiveness but also conveys to our guests that their feedback is acknowledged and valued. As for email marketing, I appreciate the customization options that allow us to tailor the appearance and tone of our communications based on the specific outlet. Our communications consistently reflect a strong brand identity, effectively resonating with the intended audience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I desire increased flexibility for designing and modifying images in email campaigns. Specifically, when mentioning dates or email addresses, the font color appears as blue when accessing the email on a mobile device but does not exhibit this feature on a desktop. Occasionally, there are variations in the overall look and feel between the desktop and mobile interfaces.
