What do you like most?
• Reporting and data analytics are made very easy with their BI, I am not using excel anymore. • The direct booking tool worked great in synergy with our marketing strategy. • The rate shopper is easy to use, with some innovative graphics. • The only tool I have used which provide website data relevant to revenue management. • The support from the Optimand team is great. • Optimand has market data that is not available in any other platform.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
PMS integration could be improved, for the rest all the modules are very complete. Daily usage is made easy, and the app is very user friendly.
