I still don’t quite understand as I don’t have any background or knowledge about the system. The support staff provided very good guidance.

What do you like most?
In the case that the system has already been sold, I believe I should be able to consult the sales representative directly, as sometimes it might be difficult to contact others whom I’m not familiar with. If the customer does not receive good service from the first contact person, it could affect their trust and confidence. The support team is good, and the staff who called to give advice today was also very nice.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would appreciate receiving ongoing guidance and assistance from the sales representative after the sale, rather than being referred only to the support team.
