What do you like most?
The system is very technical and not entirely user-friendly. Many things contain minor errors when making changes. Canceling rooms or adding extras to an existing reservation, for example, is completely impractical. Even large, complex requests are difficult to enter into the system. Adjusting prices isn't easy, so new packages have to be created every year for price increases. Support responds quickly and resolves the issue, but then fails to provide a solution for resolving the issue themselves.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Perhaps it would be a good idea to let go of the technology for a while and look at how hotels prefer to work.
