What do you like most?
ReGuest's latest developments have positioned it among the top-of-the-line products: direct booking modules, push booking upload to the PMS, and, most importantly, the CRIS chatbot with artificial intelligence and the Auto-Offer matching module complete the package, making it a fully autonomous program that responds 24/7. Personally, I've been particularly impressed by the control and ability to adjust new implementations, such as CRIS and Auto-Offer. Both have a dashboard where you can view the extension's performance and understand where it stalled and why. This allows you to immediately correct the settings (by inserting missing information or modifying the setup), so you don't run into the same error again and the program doesn't crash for that reason again. The interface with the Channel Manager (we use Zucchetti's Vertical Booking), when set up correctly, offers automatic booking. If the room is still available online, the guest can book it directly, paying the deposit online, while ReGuest uploads it to the PMS. This is a significant added value, especially considering the peak season, such as mid-August or Christmas, or a period of high demand, such as the autumn months leading up to the winter season in Livigno. Another key aspect of ReGuest is its customer support, which is not only always available for major issues but also eager to listen to your needs and recommend the best setup for your property.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
To date, the system is not completely multi-hotel; some (small) parts are still shared between the properties, and this is an obstacle to the full customization of the program.
