What do you like most?
Working with Tripleseat has been an exceptional experience from day one. Christine and her team are incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our success. The platform itself has become such an integral part of our operation — from group bookings and event management to ticketed events and floorplans, the functionality continues to impress us. The integration process was seamless, and the system has helped streamline communication, improve organization, and elevate both our internal workflow and client experience. Beyond the technology, what really sets Tripleseat apart is the people behind it. Having a partner that is so proactive and easy to work with makes a huge difference. We’re grateful for the partnership and excited to continue growing with them.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area that could be improved is the client-facing process for linking ACH accounts. At times, it can feel a bit cumbersome and may require additional guidance from our team, particularly for clients who are less comfortable with technology. That said, what we truly appreciate is how receptive and proactive Tripleseat is when it comes to feedback. Their platform is constantly evolving, and they consistently work to refine and improve the smaller nuances that impact the user experience.
