What do you like most?
From an IT management perspective, the solutions deployed here are exemplary. The architecture demonstrates a well-thought-out balance between user convenience and backend manageability. The interactive TV platform and the captive portal for Wi-Fi authorization are particularly noteworthy. They offer a seamless guest experience while providing our team with a reliable, centralized system for updates and monitoring. Integration was straightforward, and the overall stability has been excellent.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
To improve guest convenience, I suggest expanding the room service features. A valuable addition would be the option to reserve a restaurant table via the in-room platform.
