What do you like most?
The real advantage is that we can track the feedback by department and monitor trends over time. For example, if our overall reviews are positive, but guests consistently rate room maintenance at 3/5, this gives us a clear indication of an operational area that needs to be investigated and improved.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
A quick keyword search function would be very useful. For example, if I search for “Food & Beverage,” it should bring up all reviews that mention or relate to Food & Beverage. This would make it much easier to quickly identify trends, recurring issues, and areas that need attention.
