What do you like most?
We are very pleased with Tripleseat as a sales & catering platform for The Chanler to receive leads, convert bookings to business, and then support the booking process with concise, user-friendly documents. We recently completed a property update with Christine DeBiasi, which was extremely beneficial as we approach a new season. Her insight and suggestions on how to improve our processes were "spot on" for this unique property. We have now been working with Jackson Kamionek and Sara Otto on an upgrade for customized floor plans. We look forward to receiving and working with the floor plan program. Tripleseat University is a wonderful program for onboarding a new employee.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The customized floor plan process has been a bit of a frustration in that this historic mansion property has so many nuances that the property measurements have been a bit of a challenge to complete. I would recommend a service to have a local TS representative come out to the property and take the necessary measurements and photos. With our location so close to the corporate office, we would have paid an additional fee if someone were able to come out here and obtain all the necessary information on our behalf. This is not our area of expertise, and it has slowed the process down.
