What do you like most?
Easy to use, efficient to send out proposals, client friendly, functional. There are a lot of functions they have that traditional systems don't.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are many bugs that require a fix. The team is very supportive, but sometimes it may take longer time to get it fixed due to the high volume of tickets on pipeline.
