What do you like most?
The ability to look at several types of rates from the brand or OTAs and different lengths of stay. Ease of adding or removing a hotel in the shop.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I wish we could refresh the shop of more than 3 hotels at a time. Most regional manager set up 5 calls a day so shopping up to 5 hotels would be wonderful. Also wish we could choose to default to brand.com instead of booking.com
