What do you like most?
I like the fact that the platform and the property drive business to each other, making it a true hospitality partnership. Customer service and support are excellent. We actually have them in place at all of our independent properties, and are looking to onboard them at our most recent addition once we get them settled in with their new PMS and CRS. With the absence of brand support it is nice to have a partner that can assist with guest engagement and marketing opportunities.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I haven't found any shortcomings with the platform, nor have I found the service and support to be lacking in any way.
