What do you like most?
Concierge application and general planning overview. The ability to have multiple events in the same time slot really makes things easier for the operational team. Furthermore, the general internal ticketing system works perfectly for maintenance and housekeeping.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The integration and in general rooms sync with Opera Cloud needs to be consistent 24/7. As of now tends to have too many errors.
