What do you like most?
It's easy to manage, and we really increased direct reservations, the commission we save from OTAs pays for the guestbook program, and gives our customers many options to use cash back or points.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think the system is fine, we rarely need support from their team, as once the program is setup everything works ok.
