What do you like most?
Supervisors can assign specific rooms to housekeepers, with the ability to track the progress of each room in real-time. The system allows housekeepers to mark tasks as completed, so supervisors can immediately know if any rooms are pending or if there’s an issue with a specific room.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Smarter scheduling tools that auto-adjust based on hotel occupancy or special events. Being able to quickly see the guest’s last stay notes (e.g., "Do not disturb" or “Needs hypoallergenic bedding”) would help tailor the cleaning process.
