The rate shopper is a great help to check your competitor. As well the rate parity tool is helping a lot about issues. So the Hotel can make sure there is no undercutting with other partners.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Easier overview, maybe german as another language. Some free workshops about rate shopping, business intelligence, how to deal with pricing issues.
