What do you like most?
1. It's good that you can conveniently request with a tablet, and you can do it all at once during a phone call as you can't make a call while on the phone. 2. Doowat Messenger is convenient. 3. It's good that you can conveniently check the maintenance status with the room management system.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The tablet sometimes takes a while to load, but it works without any problems (Is it a Wi-Fi error? I can't confirm if it's a DooWat system error. It works fine when rebooted. Please continue without loading like you are doing now.
