What do you like most?
Tech driven professionals with a huge experience in hotel business. The solution is well thought through and very flexible for customization. The solution can be interfaced with many other software solutions. Very friendly staff with a lot of patience. They always have an open ear for improvement suggestions. Improvements/developments are released very often. The Thynk it through session (topic based feedback and improvement talks) with their customers are very professional. The Thynk university helps a lot to understand the solution and to train the users in specific topics. As the solution is based on Salesforce we can benefit also from all Salesforce releases. The usage of the solution is very intuitive. The reporting solutions and analytic Dashboard are outstanding!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
More business analysis needed, more proactive advice would be good for customers without a huge salesforce background. The speed of answering tickets could be faster. During the implementation phase and for trouble shooting more staff is needed.
