What do you like most?
The expertise and knowledge of current issues that impact the hospitality industry and the execution of marketing to fit our needs. Market managers work closely with us to constantly improve social media, our website and mobile, especially in the last year. I have been with Milestone for years and I have yet to find a better agency at design or marketing. I would highly recommend partnering with Milestone for you marketing and design needs.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The billing and handling of billing issues needs improvement. It is sometimes confusing and sometimes does not reach us in a timeley maner.
