What do you like most?
As an independent operator of vacation rentals, this product allows us to offer a loyalty program that we would not normally be able to offer. This also helps with conversion of reservations to book direct instead of going over to third parties.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing comes to mind that would improve the product at this time. We are very happy with The Guestbook at this time.
