What do you like most?
Backyou is an excellent work tool that greatly simplifies the management of our tenders. The software is very easy to use. The visuals are high-quality and very professional. It's a tool I wouldn't want to be without and that I recommend to my fellow hoteliers!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Perhaps improve the connectivity between the software and the PMS. But honestly, it's already very good; I don't see much room for improvement!
