What do you like most?
TripTease has been an invaluable partner in driving direct bookings and reducing our reliance on OTAs. Their support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our success. The reporting dashboard makes it easy to track performance and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
While the platform is strong overall, there is room to expand customization options for the front-end widgets to better match individual brand guidelines. Onboarding new team members can take a little time, so more self-serve training resources or guided tutorials would be a welcome addition. That said, these are minor points in an otherwise excellent product.
