Organization of contact, bookings, and events. Streamlined calendar. Good workflow and tracking of communication from lead all the way through contracting.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Email communication through outlook was easier when the email contained the 'reply to' feature. Emails seem to be duplicating in my outlook now.
